CLIENT: Industrial in Toluca

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Replace obsolete reducer (40KNm) with a standard unit, without changing the machine structure.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF RESOLUTION: Analysis of mechanical capacity, cycle time, maintenance problems, space, time and budget restrictions. A planetary gear with cooling system was installed, output coupling with DIN 5480 internal/external splined adapter manufactured with EDM. Flanges, spacers, custom-made adapters.

CUSTOMER: Feed mixer with damaged gearbox

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Refurbish with original spare parts and conditions. Evaluation of the rest of the gearbox.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF RESOLUTION: Change of high speed stage for original (Italian), new bearings, safety locks and seals, evaluation of the useful life of the rest of the equipment. Work done in our service workshop. Satisfied customer for time and cost.
